At Manryo cooking class, you can make popular Japanese dishes from scratch. Have you ever made udon noodles from dough?
Here, everyone can enjoy making udon noodles and dashi soup stock from scratch.
Menu: Make Udon, Dashi(Broth), Dashimaki-Tamago(Japanese rolled Omelet), Oshi-Zushi(Pressed Sushi) .
*Let's eat it as nabeyaki udon in cold winter!
You can also taste beer, Kyoto-only craft beer, and liquor during a lesson. Participants can spend the time between the meeting time and the start of the lesson in the comfort of the lounge. The lounge offers complimentary coffee and tea. Also, please take a look at our extensive souvenir section!
